Senior Vice President, Communications
Rosie joined Mylan WTT in 2006 and is responsible for communications and media relations. Previously, Crews worked for an international sports and event marketing agency where she supervised Mylan WTT and other tennis accounts. She has a diverse background in sports and entertainment. Crews has led PR and event marketing initiatives for major events and corporate clients including the Olympics, Kentucky Derby, Sundance Film Festival, Diageo, Philip Morris, and numerous sports properties. Crews graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a B.A. in Communications (Journalism).
Office Manager
Nancy joined Mylan WTT in June 2010 and is responsible for daily office management, benefits administration, and League, staff and special events support. She is also the executive assistant to Mylan WTT CEO/Commissioner Ilana Kloss. Prior to joining Mylan WTT, Falconer was a high school physical education teacher and assistant to Martina Navratilova. Falconer graduated from Trenton State College with a B.S. in health and physical education. 
 
Vice President, Digital & Manager, Player Operations 
Matt joined Mylan WTT in July 2013 and is responsible for digital initiatives including management of WTT.com and social media channels, and content development and video production to enhance TV broadcasts. Fitzgerald also manages player operations, including recruiting and researching talent for the league's pro league franchises. Fitzgerald was previously a web editor for the ATP World Tour. Fitzgerald graduated from Stetson University in 2010 with a B.B.A. in General Business, with minors in Marketing and Sport Management.
Senior Vice President, Marketing
A 15 year veteran of Mylan WTT, Jason is based out of the New York office and is responsible for all marketing initiatives including: brand positioning, TV production and rights negotiation, sponsorship activation and digital assets including WTT.com. Prior to joining Mylan WTT, Spitz worked in advertising at Young & Rubicam and TBWA/CHIAT DAY where he managed accounts for a number of leading corporations, including: Bic, Blockbuster, Molson Beer, Novartis, Prodigy Internet, and Xerox. Spitz earned his B.S. in marketing and communications from Boston University.
 
MYLAN WTT RECREATIONAL LEAGUE
National Director, Mylan WTT Recreational League
Delaine joined Mylan WTT in 1986. She is based in Lancaster, Pa., and is responsible for overseeing the Mylan WTT Recreational League programs and assisting Local League Directors and Community Tennis Associations across the country with developing and administering Mylan WTT Recreational Leagues. Delaine also oversees the Mylan WTT Corporate Leagues, the WTT Junior Nationals and X TeamTennis High School Regional Championships.  In 1998, WTT co-founder Billie Jean King established the “Delaine Mast Award” in her honor to annually recognize a male and female Mylan WTT League Director that has helped to grow tennis in their community. Mast and her family (husband Doug and sons Darren and Alex) were named the 2004 USTA Family of the Year Award and the 2003 Middle States Family of the Year Award.  She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Education with a focus on Private and Commercial Recreation.
Director, Mylan WTT Recreational Tournaments
Jennifer joined Mylan WTT in February of 1999 as an intern and became a full time employee later that year. In 2000, Smith served as a National Program Coordinator for the Mylan WTT Recreational League before becoming the Event Manager in 2001. As Event Manager, Smith coordinates all aspects of the National Qualifiers and the Nationals for the Recreational League. Smith earned her B.A. in Sports Administration and Management from Simpson College and her M.S. in Physical Education / Sports Management from Western Illinois University. Smith resides in West Des Moines, Iowa.
Director, WTT Collegiate Competition
Elaine joined Mylan WTT in 1986 as a National Program Coordinator while also serving as President of the Chicago Tennis Industry Council. In 1993 she moved to Key Biscayne, FL where in addition to running local Mylan WTT Recreational and Corporate leagues in the Miami area, she coordinates university events that lead up to the National Campus Championships. Wingfield is also the Chairperson of the All-Island Tennis Tournament, which raises money for four South Florida non-profit organizations. Wingfield earned her B.S. in Physical Education from Ohio State University.
